The ground rules for this website. By browsing it or sending us an inquiry, you're agreeing to them. We kept them in plain English, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to read a photographer's website.

01Using this site

Browse, watch, share links, reach out. All encouraged. What we ask you not to do: try to break the site, scrape it, copy it, pretend to be someone else on our forms, or use it for anything illegal. If you're sending an inquiry, be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian in the loop.

02The work is ours

Every photograph, film, and word on this site belongs to SK Visualography (including this page), and copyright law backs that up. Please don't download, repost, or reuse the work without written permission from us. Our couples are the happy exception: they share their own images and films the way their contract spells out. And if you believe something here steps on your rights, email us; we'll look into it quickly.

03The reviews are real

Every quote on this site comes from a real couple, pulled from our public Google reviews and shown with a first name and last initial. Some get shortened for space. None get changed in meaning.

04An inquiry isn't a booking

Sending the form starts a conversation. It doesn't hold your date. Dates are held one way: a signed service agreement and a paid retainer. Everything that matters about an actual booking, from deliverables and timelines to payments and cancellations, lives in that agreement, not on this website.

05Pricing

We build custom collections, so the figures on this site are starting points, not quotes or offers. Anything we discuss before you sign is an estimate. The number that counts is the one in your signed agreement.

06Other people's tools

This site links to and embeds a few things we don't own: our couples' portal, Vidflow and YouTube for films, the social platforms. Their sites, their rules. We're not responsible for what happens on their side of the fence.

07No promises about the site

We keep this site accurate and online as best we can, but it's provided "as is." Pages change, links occasionally break, hosts hiccup. We can't guarantee it'll always be current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

08If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Two things that doesn't touch: liability the law says can't be limited, and your signed service agreement. If you've booked us, that agreement governs, full stop.

09These terms can change

When they do, the date at the top changes with them. Keeping on using the site means you're good with the current version.

10Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about this website gets handled in Florida courts.
