Privacy Policy.

What we collect, what we do with it, and what we'll never do with it. We wrote this ourselves instead of pasting a template, so it actually matches how the studio runs. If anything's unclear, email us and a person will explain it.

01Who we are

SK Visualography is a wedding photo and film studio in Florida, run by the two of us, Satesh and Ashley, with a small team. This policy covers www.skvisualography.com and the inquiry form on it, which comes from our couples' portal at portal.skvisualography.com. The inbox for anything privacy-related is hello@skvisualography.com. We answer it ourselves.

02What we collect

Two kinds of things: what you tell us, and the basics about how the site gets used.

  • Your inquiry. Name, email, phone, wedding date, venue or city, budget if you share it, and whatever you write in the message box. We read every word.
  • The numbers every site sees. Which pages get visited, roughly where from (city, never your address), what kind of device, and whether you arrived from an ad, a search, or a friend's link.

03What we do with it

Mostly one thing: reply to you. Beyond that, we use your information to plan your day if you book, send anything you asked for, and figure out which pages are actually helping couples. If you opted into studio news, you'll get the occasional email. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click.

We don't sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to "partners," not to anyone. The only ones who touch it are the services below, and only so they can do their jobs.

04The services we rely on

  • Our couples' portal (portal.skvisualography.com), where inquiries land and our couples' galleries live.
  • Analytics and ads. We may use Google Analytics to count visitors, and platforms like Google and Meta to see whether an ad earned its keep. Meta gets two kinds of signal from us: a tag that runs in your browser, and a matching copy sent from our server so an ad blocker or a browser setting doesn't leave us guessing which ads actually reach couples. Both report the same thing (a page viewed, a form sent), never what you typed into the form. If you inquired after clicking one of our ads, the server copy can include your email or phone scrambled into a one-way code (a hash) that Meta can only compare against what it already has. We can't unscramble it, and neither can they.
  • Video hosting. Films play through Vidflow and YouTube. Where YouTube offers a privacy-enhanced player, we use it.
  • Fonts. A few typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for the files.
  • Email. Replies and resources come from our studio email.

Each of those companies has its own privacy practices, which apply alongside ours.

05Cookies

Cookies are how the site works smoothly and how we count visitors. Nothing more exciting than that. Analytics and ad cookies only run if those tools are switched on. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we read it as a no and skip ad measurement on this site entirely. Meta keeps its own controls in Accounts Center, including a setting for activity businesses share with them. The site works fine without any of it.

06Embedded films & forms

The inquiry form is embedded from our portal, and films are embedded from Vidflow and YouTube. When one of those loads, its provider may set its own cookies, the same as if you'd visited them directly. Films don't load until you scroll to them or press play.

07How long we keep it

If we're working together, for the length of that work and a reasonable stretch after, for our records. If you inquired and went another way, ask and we'll delete it. No hard feelings, no forms to fill out.

08Keeping it safe

Encrypted connections, a small team with access, and providers we trust. No website can promise perfect security, so we won't. What we can promise is that we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

09Your choices

Ask what we have about you. Ask us to fix it. Ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe from anything. One email to hello@skvisualography.com does any of these, usually within days, always within 30. Some states and countries write these rights into law (California and the EU among them). We just extend them to everyone and skip the residency check. Exercising them will never change how we treat you.

10Kids

This site is for adults planning a wedding or a session. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16, and if a minor has submitted something, tell us and it's gone.

11Outside the U.S.

We're an American studio, so your information is processed in the United States under U.S. law and this policy. If you're writing us from abroad (first, we're flattered), that's the arrangement you're agreeing to.

12If this changes

The date at the top moves when the policy does, and anything meaningful gets noted here. Worth a glance now and then.

Questions about any of this? hello@skvisualography.com. A human reads it, usually the same day.
